Rules begin short­ly after birth and quick­ly become per­pet­u­al neces­si­ties to liv­ing, and right­ly so; as soci­ety will crum­ble with­out rules to keep life civ­il. Today I write about rules that I per­ceive to be para­mount to SUCCESS PRINCIPLES.

We all Wager OUR lives — that God IS, or that God is not — by our thoughts, our choic­es, our words, and our actions.

Imag­ine the trans­for­ma­tive pow­er of a ‘can do’ atti­tude.

Try­ing CAN BE So‑o‑o NOT DOING!
I was not always a ‘Can Do’ type. Ear­ly in my youth I was an “I’ll try” per­son. As a teen, my father used to say me, “When you work for some­one, always do what you are told and always do your very best.” Even with that good advice I did not take that as a ‘can do’’’ advice from my par­ents. I was blessed to have teach­ers through­out my school years, and then employ­ers dur­ing my teen years that took an inter­est in me and offered sin­cere guid­ance con­cern­ing tak­ing instruc­tions and orders from supe­ri­ors. Then, while in the USAF I would dare not say “I’ll Try.” Dur­ing basic train­ing and then for four years it was “can do” or else.

Well, what about it? Would you take the car you don’t want sim­ply because the car deal­er says, “This is you; you should be dri­ving this car?” Or would you buy a prop­er­ty sim­ply because the real estate agent says, “You will love liv­ing here.” Why would you take own­er­ship of what you don’t want? Even though faith no doubt plays a major role in your obtain­ing a car or a home, this is not what I have in mind just now.

Well, what about it?
